Job is located in Dundee, MI. Dundee is located 15 minutes South of Ann Arbor, MI and about 1 hour from Detriot, MI. - - JOB DESCRIPTION The following are physical requirements all employees must be able to perform: 1.) Repetitive lifting up to 40lbs unassisted 2.) Prolonged standing up to 4 hrs 3.) Stepping onto and off of Hilo's and tow motors 4.) Repetitive lifting using a lift assist 5.) Packing automotive parts into kits. Repetitive motion: lifting up to 15 lbs every 30 seconds. 6.) Combination of walking and standing on cement floors, some with padding, for 12 hours. There is a 30 minute lunch break and two 12 minute breaks. For every hour worked beyond a 10 hour shift, a six minute break will be provided. Qualifications 1.) Must have a High School Diploma or GED 2.) Must have a valid Drivers license 3.) Must be able to pass a background check 4.) Must undergo/pass pre-screening and testing 5.) Must have a reliable means of transportation Additional Qualifications 1.) Factory experience would be preferred 2.) Forklift experience would be preferred Starting Wage 10.50 per hour 10.75 per hour upon completing probationary period (120 days) Additional 50 cents per hour for working afternoons
