Comparing data and interpreting information from various documents. Entering, editing and/or deleting data with minimal errors Maintain logs of completed and pending work in our Customer Service Software. Contacting vendors to request revised or missing documents for processing. Researching and resolving data entry issues. Answer/transfer incoming calls to the Switchboard and related tasks. Assisting with Guests in the Lobby with scheduled appointments Must have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented , multi-tasking abilities, effective communication skills (both written and verbal), possess the ability to cross-train in other tasks, and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Seeking a Team Member excited to learn with a positive demeanor with customers, vendors and other Team Members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is highly required. Some Microsoft Excel is preferable.
