JOB FUNCTIONS of the Accounts Receivable Specialist include: Post and analyze accounts receivable cash; Maintain GL schedules in Excel for accounts receivable; Prepare selected month end/year end reports and analysis; Data entry of accounts payable as necessary; Process accounts payable checks and reports; Process vendor related inquiries; Special analysis projects, as required; General filing; Perform other administrative support, as needed; Perform other essential functions, as assigned. Tier 1 Automotive experience, PLEX, 2-3 solid years in Accounts Receivable required.
