Job Description
Exciting opportunity to grow our Michigan Market! Looking for a strong Branch Manager with the ambition to grow with our company. Must be creative, energetic, and customer service driven to succeed. Offers a generous base salary and endless opportunity for profit sharing bonuses.
Essential Functions:
Manage and mentor a staff of 3 or more people;
Run day-to-day operations of the branch;
Hire, develop and train full time employees;
Establish goals, activities and objectives;
Implement policies/procedures to include compliance with Federal and State requirements;
Develop new customer contacts while maintaining current customer relationships;
Generate sales leads and business development within the market area;
Handle personnel functions within the branch;
Recruitment, screening and placement of applicants;
Branch P & L responsibility.
Expedites Workers Comp and UI Claims.
Qualified candidates must have:
Some college, degree preferred;
3 years prior staffing, Sales and/or Management experience;
Superior customer service /public relations and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of Human Resources/Employment Law;
Ability to motivate and lead, commitment to multi-tasking.
