Customer Service Rep - (Monroe) in Monroe, Michigan For Sale

Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Monroe, MI. This is a full-time position requiring availability to work between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday - Saturday. Pay is $12.00 per hour. Job duties include: *Typing call notes on each consumer into Customer Service Software. *Providing consumers and vendors with in depth product knowledge and ordering assistance. *Timely follow up regarding inquiries, while communicating within the team environment. *Position plays an important role in fielding and resolving calls on inquiries such as pricing and product assembly. Often requires patience in resolution through problem solving over the phone. *Ability to turn frustrated customers into a win for them and the company. *Responsible for enhancing the customer's experience, which will contribute to sales growth. *Resolving customer inquiries to reduce the number of returned goods. Preferred qualifications: *2 -4 years of keyboarding and prior customer service experience. *Excellent organizational skills, effective communication and ability to work at fast-pace. *Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
