Typing call notes on each consumer into Customer Service Software. Providing consumers and vendors with in depth product knowledge and ordering assistance. Timely follow up regarding inquiries, while communicating within the team environment. Position plays an important role in fielding and resolving calls on inquiries such as pricing and product assembly. Often requires patience in resolution through problem solving over the phone. Ability to turn frustrated customers into a win for them and the company. Responsible for enhancing the customer's experience, which will contribute to sales growth. Resolving customer inquiries to reduce the number of returned goods. 2-4 years of keyboarding and prior customer service experience. Must have excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, effective communication skills (both written and verbal), Detail oriented, fast paced in data entry, possess the ability to cross-train in other tasks, and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Seeking a Team Member excited to learn with a positive demeanor with customers, vendors and other Team Members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is highly required. Microsoft Excel is also preferable.
