DEAN, SCIENCE / MATHEMATICS The Dean plans, budgets, organizes, and administers the programs, transfer pathways, and operation of the area. DEAN, SCIENCE / MATHEMATICS The Dean recruits, recommends, supervises, and evaluates faculty and staff; provides leadership for assessment of student learning and program review and evaluation; and maintains relations with area high schools and colleges to develop and deliver needed educational services. Ph.D. preferred (Master’s degree required) in one of the fields of the Science/Mathematics Division; highly qualified applicants with a Master’s degree will be considered. Evidenced teaching skill in higher education; and ability to work in conjunction with faculty to develop and implement curriculum and market programs.
