Financial Analyst Position Summary: This position is responsible for several activities including financial reporting, planning and analysis support within the Global Supply Chain Management function. Financial Analyst Responsibilities: Assist with monthly financial reporting including consolidation of global financial results. Assist with improving the financial reporting function (integrating Planview, SAP, and global business data warehouse). Support critical financial analysis such as variance analysis (purchase price variance, OPEX variance analysis, DPO analysis, etc.) Identify, quantify, analyze and measure GSCM material savings and economics across all TA SBUs (Tenneco Automotive - Strategic Business Unit) globally. Assist in the strategic business planning processes (global strategic planning, annual operating plan, monthly forecasts). Assist in the development and maintenance of financial systems in support of GSCM initiatives. Provide financial analysis and presentations to senior management in an accurate, concise and timely manner. Communicate with all levels of the organization. Required Skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Excellent team skills Solid project management and communication skills SAP experience is highly preferred strong analytical skills are desired, preferably in the automotive industry Required Experience Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or accounting Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience in financial systems Forecasting experience strongly preferred $28.00 - 33.65 Monroe, MI Temporary Elite Staffing, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
